- 6 ½ cups (32 oz) 907 g Cooked cavatappi pasta
- 1 pouch (4 lb) 1 pouch (1.81 kg) Verve® Roasted Poblano & White Cheddar Soup with Tomatillos
- 2 cups (8 oz) 425 g White Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups (15 oz) Chicken, cooked, shredded
- 1 cup (5 oz) 142 g Poblano chili , roasted, thin julienne
- 0.5 tsp 2.3 g Black pepper
- 1 cup (2 oz) 57 g French fried onions
- Using a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the shallots.
- Bake in hotel pans or hold on the line and make to order.
CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
To Serve
- Using a #8 scoop, portion ½ cup into a serving bowl. Garnish with fried onions. Serve immediately.
