  • 18 slices 18 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups 150 g Green onion, sliced (12 stalks)
  • 6 cups 600 g Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ tub (2 lb) ½ tub (905 g) Signature Cream of Potato with Bacon
  • 24 oz 680 g Cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups 750 g Sour cream
  1. Preheat oven to 204 °C (400°F). While the oven is heating, reserve 2 tablespoons each bacon and onions and ½ cup Cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix the soup, cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir well with a wooden spoon to combine.  Add remaining Cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions. Stir to incorporate.
  3. Portion into individual casserole dishes.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot.  Top with the reserved Cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. 
  5. Garnish with the reserved bacon and onions.

Serve with your favorite dippers – nachos, veggies
